After years of struggle, the new Access contract is set to go into effect Oct 26. Will the new contract bring about the improved service that riders have been demanding in accordance with their rights under the ADA?

As riders we fought for and won: an audit, definitions and enforcement of excessively long trips, improved standards re: dropoffs, higher penalties for the contractor, more oversight of complaints, drivers have a strong contract and Veolia/Transdev is out!! Let’s celebrate together!!
